We Opened Helper Station Fair Support, a Severe-Disability Home Care Office
On July 1, 2026, EqualFrontiers opened Helper Station Fair Support, a home care office providing Jūdo Hōmon Kaigo (comprehensive home care for people with severe disabilities) in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
Led by a CEO who himself lives with a severe disability that leaves him unable to move below the neck, Fair Support puts the perspective of disabled people at the center, and supports each person in living the way they want to live.
What makes Fair Support different
Support designed from lived experience: We build support around what the person receiving care actually needs, drawing on our CEO’s own experience.
Support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year: Day, night or early morning, we follow each person’s daily rhythm.
Technology-driven operations: Digital records and communication help our helpers share information smoothly.
Going out and taking part: We support hospital visits, shopping and leisure outings that connect people with their community.
