Web Accessibility Policy

EqualFrontiers, Inc. works to make sure that everyone, including people with disabilities, can find our information, contact us and apply to work with us. Our CEO himself operates his computer with a single head-mounted switch.

Scope

Pages published on equalfrontiers.com (Japanese and English).

The contents of external services (other organizations' videos on YouTube, note, Google reCAPTCHA, embedded Microsoft Office viewers, etc.) are out of scope. The Project VOICE documentary we feature is published by Google Japan, which provides captions and an audio-described version.

Target level

We aim to conform to Level AA of JIS X 8341-3:2016 (equivalent to WCAG 2.0), and also refer to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What we have done (October 2026)

  • Tested our main pages with an automated tool (axe-core) and fixed the issues it found under WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • Checked focus visibility, focus order and reading order for keyboard and switch users.
  • Our own video (AI training) has Japanese captions.
  • For people who find the contact form hard to use, we accept enquiries by email.

reCAPTCHA is an external service and can be hard to operate. If so, please email us instead.
